Reporting

The Elite SMS Gateway has it’s own reporting infrastructure which is optimized for large capacity systems.

Reports are summarized daily (per timezone) so that database performance is not severely impacted during operation. All messages and end user reports of all users can be accessed via the administration console.

In addition, total system volume reports are also generated (and emailed) daily. These are broken down per country, per network.

Inventory reporting is also available to forecast stock levels in the system.
